Take a warm shower or bath for at least 5 minutes to soften the skin.
Wet the glove and squeeze out the excess water.
Do not add soap.
Move it up and down with moderate pressure. Avoid rinsing the peeling skin off the body, as this helps further exfoliation.
Wash your body with soap/shower gel.
Hand wash the glove and allow to dry completely.
Use once every 1-2 weeks or 24h. before applying self-tanner.
